Mac CORRAIDHÍN—IVM'Corrine, M'Curine, Curreen, Currin, Curren; 'son of Corraidhín' (a diminutive of Corradh); the name of a family of the Ui Fiachrach race, formerly seated in the parish of Skreen, Co. Sligo, but, at the end of the 16th century, more numerous in Co. Leitrim; written Mac Corraoin by MacFirbis.
