TYMOLE

TYMOLE, a parish, in the barony of SKREEN, county of MEATH, and province of LEINSTER, 6 miles (S. by E.) from Slane, on the road from Skreen to Duleek and on the Nanny-Water; containing 74 inhabitants, and comprising 793 ½ statute acres. It is a vicarage, in the diocese of Meath, forming part of the union of Duleek; the rectory is impropriate in G. A. Hamilton, of Balbriggan, Esq.

The tithes amount to £77, of which £32 is payable to the impropriator and the remainder to the incumbent. The glebe comprises 6 acres, valued at £20. 5.

In the R. C. divisions it is part of the union or district of Blacklion.
