Mac ROGHALLAIGH—IVM'Craly, M'Crawley, M'Crole, Crowley, Croly, Crolly; 'son of Roghallach' (a variant of Raghallach, in use among the O'Mahonys of West Cork, and other families). This surname, which is a variant of Mac Rághallaigh and Mag Rágallaigh (which see), is now corrupted in the spoken language, to Ó Croghallaigh, and written Ó Cruadhlaoich, which see.
