Mac CAOCHLAOICH—VII—M'Keaghlie, M'Keighely, Kehelly, Kehilly, (Coakley, Keily, Kelly); 'son of the blind hero' (Irish Caochlaoch), but probably it was originally Mac Caochfhile, 'son of the blind poet'; an old West Cork surname. See Mac Claochlaoich.
