ARTÚR—VIII—Arthour, Arthure, Arthur, Arthurs; 'son of Arthur.' The Arthurs settled in Ireland soon after the invasion, and were located in Dublin, Meath, Cork and Limerick. They were at one time an influential family in the City of Limerick.
