Was a pupil in the Dublin Society's School, and in 1795 tied with James Cruise (q.v.) for the medal for a group of figures from nature. He also gained a prize the following year. His name occurs as an exhibitor in the Parliament House in 1801, but there is no mention of him afterwards.
