Index of Irish Herald Painters

Was born in 1726. He was an engraver, seal-cutter, and herald-painter, near Essex Bridge in 1753, and afterwards in Fishamble Street and Essex Street. He painted coats of arms, and engraved book-plates, and had a large collection of heraldic manuscripts. He died in 1801.
