UI FIDHGHEINTE, descendants of Fiacha Fidhgheinte who was grandson of Oilioll Flanbeg, King of Munster, and flourished in the 4th century; the name of a great clan whose territory was co-extensive with the Diocese of Limerick and of which Ó Donnabháin was chief.
